Mike Clifton
Co-Chief Executive Officer

Mike Clifton joined Alorica in 2021 and was appointed Co-CEO alongside Max Schwendner in April 2024. Before being named Co-CEO, Mike served as Chief Growth & Transformation Officer, leading the global sales organization and the company’s overall digital-first business strategy. A transformational leader with deep technical expertise, Mike drove profitable growth by scaling high-performing sales and product development teams. Prior to that, he served as Chief Information & Digital Officer, where he led the IT team and oversaw the design and delivery of Alorica’s digital technologies and enterprise strategies.
Mike brings a wealth of experience in technology, market and business development. As client demand for outcomes requiring digitization, consultation and innovative business models grows, his sales background—combined with his deep technical experience across these domains—serves as a unique advantage. Prior to Alorica, Mike served as Chief Information Officer and as Chief Innovation Technology Officer at Cognizant, one of the world’s leading professional services companies. He has also held C-level positions at Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston, Hanover Insurance Group and Nobilis Software, among other organizations.
Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at the University of Massachusetts. Additionally, he earned an Advanced Certificate for Executives (ACE) in Management, Innovation and Technology from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He and his college sweetheart wife share two adult children and a dog. They live in Boston where they are die-hard Patriot fans and root part time for the Red Sox and Celtics.
Max Schwendner
Co-Chief Executive Officer

Max Schwendner has been a member of Alorica’s executive team since 2019 and was appointed Co‑CEO alongside Mike Clifton in April 2024. Before assuming this role, Max served as Chief Financial Officer & President of Alorica’s Global Business Services, where he led Finance, IT, Legal, Pricing and other corporate functions. Under his leadership, Alorica strengthened its financial performance to its strongest position in years and deepened relationships across the private and public capital markets.
Max brings extensive expertise in Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, and Operations—capabilities that enhance Alorica’s ability to structure innovative commercial models, meet evolving client needs, and remain agile in a competitive marketplace.
Prior to joining Alorica, Max spent more than a decade on Wall Street—primarily at J.P. Morgan—holding leadership roles in both the Investment Bank and Private Equity divisions. During his tenure at J.P. Morgan, Max was actively involved with Alorica following its merger with EGS in 2016 and served on Alorica’s Board of Directors.
Max graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting. He and his wife live in New Jersey with their son and a varying number of rescue dogs. They root for the Yankees and, just for fun, any team playing the Red Sox or Celtics.
Bong Borja
Chief Strategy Officer and Chairman of the Philippines

Rainerio “Bong” Borja is Chief Strategy Officer and Chairman of Alorica Philippines, where he serves as a trusted advisor to the organization globally and across Asia. In this role, Bong helps shape Alorica’s strategic roadmap, sharpen its competitive advantage, and guide long‑term growth initiatives in an increasingly digital, consultative, and globally integrated CX environment. Widely regarded in Asia-Pacific as one of the most influential figures in the customer experience industry, he plays a critical role in advancing Alorica’s long‑term strategy and market leadership.
Bong has more than three decades of leadership experience in the BPO and CX industry and has held multiple senior roles at Alorica over more than a decade. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing global operations across Asia‑Pacific, Latin America & the Caribbean, and North America for Alorica’s workforce of more than 100,000 employees. Prior to that, Bong was President of Alorica’s Asia‑Pacific Operations for 10 years, leading the company’s largest region with tens of thousands of employees across the Philippines, China, Japan, and India. Before joining Alorica, he served as President of the Philippines and Australia for Expert Global Solutions (EGS) and spent 12 years as President of Aegis People Support Philippines, which he helped scale from a start‑up to more than 13,000 employees. A recognized pioneer of the industry, Bong is a founder and former chairman of the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), and his insights continue to influence government and industry policy shaping the country’s Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and BPO sectors.
Sean Hauver
Chief Information & Technology Officer

Sean Hauver is Chief Information & Technology Officer at Alorica, where he leads the company’s global technology organization and drives the modernization of enterprise systems that support both operations and client delivery. He is responsible for advancing Alorica’s technology strategy, strengthening digital infrastructure, and enabling secure, scalable platforms that power next‑generation customer experience solutions. Sean also plays a key role in helping the business leverage technology to drive growth and deliver high‑performing outcomes for clients.
Sean brings more than 30 years of experience helping organizations use technology to achieve business results. Since joining Alorica, he has held senior leadership roles including Chief Architecture Officer, where he led enterprise architecture strategy and transformation initiatives. Prior to Alorica, Sean served as General Manager at Spyglass Solutions and Chief Innovation Officer at Lighthouse Computer Services, focusing on growth through technology‑driven solutions. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade at The Hanover Insurance Group in leadership roles spanning enterprise architecture, global software delivery, and technology strategy, building deep expertise in large‑scale systems, M&A integration, and vendor management.
Dan Montenaro
President, Global Business Services & Chief Legal Officer

Dan Montenaro serves as President of Global Business Services and Chief Legal Officer at Alorica, where he leads a broad portfolio of enterprise functions, including legal, compliance, human resources, global and information security, and IT sourcing. Dan is responsible for aligning critical corporate services with business strategy, strengthening governance and risk management, and ensuring the organization operates with the highest level of integrity while supporting client and operational priorities.
Dan brings more than 20 years of corporate counsel experience and a strong track record as a strategic partner to global organizations. Since joining Alorica, he has led global teams responsible for risk management, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, dispute resolution, and intellectual property. Prior to Alorica, Dan served as Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel at iQor and as General Counsel and Vice President of Risk Management at ARS National Services. Earlier in his career, he held legal roles at HSBC North America and National City Corporation (now PNC), building deep expertise in financial services, regulatory matters, and complex corporate environments.
Scott Sexton
Chief Revenue Officer

Scott Sexton is the Chief Revenue Officer at Alorica, where he leads the company’s Growth & Transformation organization and oversees global revenue functions, including sales and client expansion. In this role, Scott is responsible for strengthening integration among sales, solutions, and growth to meet increasing demand across industries. He partners closely with clients and internal teams to align commercial strategy with evolving client needs and accelerate Alorica’s go‑to‑market execution.
Scott’s career spans more than 25 years of experience driving revenue growth, commercial strategy, and business development across the BPO, CX, and technology services industries. He has held multiple senior leadership roles at Alorica, including Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President of North America Growth, where he led new‑logo acquisition and vertical expansion in key markets. Prior to Alorica, Scott served in executive sales and revenue leadership roles at Teleperformance, Startek, Connexion Point, HCL Technologies, and Xerox, building a strong track record of growth through strategic partnerships, digital solutioning, and client‑centric innovation.
Anastasia Bellos
Chief Client Officer

Anastasia Bellos serves as Chief Client Officer at Alorica, where she leads the company’s client engagement and growth strategy, responsible for strengthening relationships with global brands while ensuring seamless execution from pre‑sales through delivery. In this role, Anastasia plays a critical part in deepening collaboration between sales and operations, helping to deliver differentiated customer experience outcomes and long‑term value for clients in an increasingly complex and digital environment.
Having started at the frontlines as a CX agent, Anastasia brings more than 25 years of deep experience at Alorica, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results and leading high‑performing teams. She has held multiple leadership roles, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Global Market Leader, where she guided strategy and performance for a diverse portfolio of industries including communications, energy, utilities, government, logistics, and automotive. Over the course of her career, Anastasia has worked with more than 75 brands, helping improve performance through operational best practices, strong client partnerships, and a consistent focus on service excellence.
Mike Tighe
Chief Sales Officer

Mike Tighe serves as Chief Sales Officer at Alorica, where he leads the company’s global sales organization and plays a central role in accelerating growth across complex markets. In this role, Mike is responsible for integrating a digital strategy into every client engagement, strengthening sales execution, and aligning technology, data, and customer insight to deliver differentiated, outcome‑driven solutions. With a track record for building high‑performing teams, he helps drive sustained growth by uniting commercial strategy with Alorica’s digital and operational capabilities.
Mike is a seasoned leader with more than 25 years of experience selling technology and services across the CX, BPO, and enterprise software landscape. Since joining Alorica, he has held multiple senior leadership roles, including SVP and Global Market Leader for the Technology vertical, where he oversaw end‑to‑end client engagements from onboarding through expansion and established the Strategic Client Sales team. Prior to Alorica, Mike held sales and revenue leadership roles at IBM, Salesforce, Cognizant, and Siemens, developing deep expertise across AI, analytics, security, and SaaS‑based cloud platforms. Known for his consultative approach, Mike consistently helps clients navigate complex CX challenges while accelerating execution and value realization.
Bob Corsi
SVP, Global Operations Support & Workforce Management

Bob Corsi is Senior Vice President of Global Operations Support and Workforce Management at Alorica, where he leads enterprise planning and the operational infrastructure that enables the organization to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes on behalf of its clients. He oversees key functions including workforce management, capacity optimization, business continuity, and performance analytics, helping ensure the organization manages its workforce of 100,000 employees efficiently while meeting evolving client demands.
Bringing more than three decades of operational leadership experience, Bob has built a career spanning operations, client solutions, workforce management, and business planning. He joined Expert Global Solutions (EGS) in 1999 and held multiple senior leadership roles prior to its acquisition by Alorica, steadily expanding his scope to include enterprise‑wide planning and support functions. Earlier in his career, Bob served as a divisional vice president and general manager for a national telecommunications company, where he led regional operations and drove growth in highly competitive markets. His broad expertise across sales, customer service, and operational strategy continues to inform his approach to building scalable, high‑performing support models.
Kami Powers
VP, Global Client Success & QA

Kami Powers is Vice President of Global Client Success and Quality Assurance at Alorica, where she leads client launches and implementation strategy from initial design through full‑scale operations as well as the company’s QA function. She focuses on seamless execution, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring new programs ramp quickly and continuously perform at a high level. Her work plays a critical role in translating client expectations into scalable, operational reality while driving consistency across onboarding and ongoing delivery.
Kami’s career spans more than 20 years in operations, technology, and client success, with deep expertise in project management, service operations, and continuous improvement. She has progressed through a range of leadership roles at Alorica, including leading IT project management and service desk functions, building a strong foundation in incident management, systems support, and operational execution. Known for her disciplined approach and focus on results, Kami has developed repeatable implementation playbooks and led complex client programs that strengthen satisfaction and long‑term retention. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has completed The Technology Leadership Experience (TechLX), reflecting her commitment to building strong, future‑ready teams.
Marie-Louise Gaughan
VP, Digital Solutions Alorica IQ

As Vice President of Digital Solutions, Marie‑Louise Gaughan shapes how global brands transform customer experience through AI‑enabled, data‑driven strategies. She leads Alorica IQ—the company’s innovation engine—connecting customer insight, technology, and operational design to deliver measurable outcomes for organizations reimagining their engagement models for growth and efficiency.

Lamont Siller
Chief Security Officer

Lamont Siller is Chief Security Officer at Alorica, where he leads enterprise security strategy to protect the company’s people, data, and infrastructure. In this role, Lamont is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive security programs that strengthen risk management, safeguard client environments, and support business continuity. He brings a holistic approach to security, integrating physical security, cybersecurity, and investigative capabilities to address an evolving threat landscape.
Lamont’s background is rooted in more than 20 years of experience in state and federal law enforcement, including 16 years as a Special Agent with the FBI. During his tenure, he held both domestic and international leadership roles, specializing in cybercrime, national security, and complex white‑collar investigations such as financial institution fraud, money laundering, and public corruption. He led FBI operations in the Philippines, where he established the country’s first Joint Cybersecurity Working Group, uniting public and private sector leaders to advance intelligence sharing and security practices. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) Security Council, helping shape industry standards and best practices. A Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Advanced in AI Security Management (AAISM), and Certified Protection Professional (CPP), as well as an FBI‑certified instructor and crisis negotiator, Lamont has delivered extensive training in crisis management, investigative techniques, and threat response.
James Mulcahy
Chief Information Security Officer

Chris Mathiasen
Chief Compliance Officer

As Chief Compliance Officer at Alorica, Chris Mathiasen leads the company’s global compliance organization and oversees audit, regulatory, and risk management functions. Chris has also worked closely with state regulators and government agencies to build collaborative relationships that support regulatory alignment and help protect the interests of consumers, clients, and Alorica. Known for building effective compliance management systems and translating complex regulatory requirements into practical execution, Chris plays a key role in strengthening audit readiness, reducing risk exposure, and supporting informed decision‑making across the organization.
Brian Delaney
Chief Operating Officer

Brian Delaney is Chief Operating Officer at Alorica, where he leads global operations across Asia, Latin America & the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America. He has held multiple executive roles at Alorica, including President of EMEA & Telco Operations, Chief of Staff, and President of Latin America & the Caribbean, where he led large‑scale regional growth and performance improvements. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Customer Success Officer at ServiceSource and held Chief Operating Officer roles at Stream Global Services/Convergys and TTEC. Known for his operational rigor and authentic leadership style, Brian has built high‑performing teams and long‑standing client relationships in highly competitive markets.
Jose Ramirez
President of the Americas

Jose Ramirez serves as President of the Americas at Alorica, where he oversees operations across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. In this role, Jose is responsible for driving regional strategy, operational performance, and continued growth across one of Alorica’s largest and most diverse operating footprints. Having started his CX career on the frontlines as an agent, his leadership is grounded in firsthand experience and a deep understanding of both the work and the people who deliver it.
Jose began his Alorica career in 2004 as a customer experience agent and steadily advanced through roles spanning Operations, Workforce Management, Training, Sales and regional leadership. Prior to his current role, he served as President of Latin America & the Caribbean, where he led operations across multiple countries, overseeing tens of thousands of team members to deliver the region’s fastest improvement for key performance metrics and earn Great Place to Work certifications for every country.
With a background in engineering and experience in multiple industries including construction, logistics, tourism, and sales, Jose brings a broad, practical perspective to leadership. He is deeply passionate about developing talent, strengthening communities, and creating pathways for economic opportunity throughout the regions he serves.
Sanjay Ponnappa
President of India and EMEA

As President of India and EMEA at Alorica, Sanjay Ponnappa oversees operations across these regions and plays a key role in advancing the company’s global delivery strategy. In this position, Sanjay is responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and consistent service delivery across a diverse, multi‑country footprint, while strengthening Alorica’s digital‑enabled customer experience capabilities.
Sanjay brings nearly three decades of leadership experience, including more than 20 years in business process management and customer experience operations. Prior to joining Alorica, he held multiple senior leadership roles at Firstsource Solutions, most recently as Executive Vice President for Customer Management, where he led large‑scale international operations across India, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, and broader EMEA markets. His experience spans voice, non‑voice, and back‑office services, as well as program delivery, operational transformation, and digital enablement. Earlier in his career, Sanjay held leadership roles at Sitel and spent several years at Hindustan Unilever, where he built a strong foundation in operations, manufacturing discipline, and people leadership.
